Lead the transition of GBS from reactive operations to proactive intelligence by embedding advanced analytics across service lines including Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Own a 3-year predictive/prescriptive roadmap, identify “friction points” for predictive modeling, and drive value realization through productized analytics in partnership with KHC Tech. Set the analyst-first upskilling curriculum and lead offshore delivery center strategy and change.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute a 3-year roadmap shifting GBS from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights with granular recommendations.
•Partner with GCC operational teams to identify friction points where predictive models can prevent operational issues before they occur.
•Prioritize analytics opportunities and drive business value through insights and recommendations tied to owned transactions.
•Oversee development of internal products and/or platform add-ons with KHC Tech for real-time recommendations and drill-downs into anomalies.
•Lead analyst-first upskilling by redefining required skillsets and curriculum with HR and GCC delivery leads.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree required (MBA in finance, supply chain, or operations management preferred).
•10+ years of experience in GBS/Shared Services, moving centers up the value chain to Advanced CoE.
•Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven predictive models in a corporate environment.
•Experience managing offshore delivery centers (India/Poland/LATAM) and prioritizing use cases with quantified outcomes.
•FMCG experience required; Lean/Six Sigma/Design Thinking certification preferred (or equivalent CI leadership experience).
