Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with design teams to understand specifications and generate test plans, test/characterization programs, and ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE; correlate results with bench data and support failure analysis.
  • •Analyze silicon results, perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, and optimize test time by diagnosing and fixing yield issues.
  • •Partner with production to release products to volume production and implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products.
  • •Develop and execute silicon qualification and characterization, including qualification hardware development, for robust and cost-effective test solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant test experience.
  • •Preferred ATE experience on Teradyne systems such as Eagle Ultraflex, J750 (ETS800 and/or J750 preferred).
  • •LabView and TestStand experience.
  • •Programming/scripting proficiency in C++, Python, or C# (plus revision control experience such as Subversion or Git).
