Job Summary

Support the optimization of industrial asset performance and availability through recognized maintenance and reliability practices. Work with an operations excellence team reporting to Asset Planning leadership, applying health, safety, and environmental best practices. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, analyze maintenance performance indicators to drive decisions and continuous improvement, troubleshoot reliability issues with operations/technical teams, and coordinate maintenance projects of varying sizes within safety, schedule, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Promote and apply health, safety, and environmental best practices across all activities.
•Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategy and programs to improve performance, reliability, and asset availability.
•Analyze maintenance performance indicators to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with operational and technical teams to address reliability issues and eliminate root causes of failure.
•Provide daily technical support to operations and maintenance teams for diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution, and coordinate maintenance projects within safety, timelines, and budgets.

•Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience in reliability or maintenance management.
•Strong ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make fact-based recommendations.
•Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative when finding solutions to complex problems.
•Ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders in a multidisciplinary environment, with strong French and English proficiency (oral and written).
