Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for the Commercial Banking segment, including consolidation across subsegments and explanations of key changes.
  • •Oversee recurring and ad hoc financial reporting across key Commercial Banking metrics, and lead the Commercial Banking Financial Performance Review process with executive-ready materials.
  • •Direct the production and enhancement of management reporting, including CFO updates, business review materials, performance dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • •Guide variance analysis of actual results versus forecast, budget, and prior periods, understand drivers, coordinate with Corporate Accounting and Corporate Treasury, and translate results into business insight.
  • •Lead development and governance of business cases and strategic investments, and manage and develop colleagues on the Commercial Banking FP&A Central Team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • •7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, business analytics, or a related financial services role, including experience leading teams or cross-functional priorities.
  • •Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills to connect business activity to balance sheet, income statement, expense, capital, liquidity, and profitability outcomes.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling experience, including working with large datasets, reconciling results, and identifying trends to support business decisions.
  • •Experience with enterprise performance management, financial planning, or business intelligence tools such as Essbase, Smart View, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
