Lead first-line business management for new and expanding FICC initiatives by translating strategy into coordinated execution. Partner across Trading, Sales, Quantitative Analytics, Technology, Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Model Governance to build integrated roadmaps, manage deliverables and dependencies, and ensure front-to-back operating readiness. Establish readiness criteria and coordinate governance, controlled rollout, electronic/algorithmic trading readiness, and executive reporting for scalable, well-governed growth.
