Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities from the technical product backlog to delivery, ensuring timely business value realization.
  • •Facilitate key ceremonies including backlog refinement, planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • •Proactively identify and manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies removing impediments and blockers to ensure optimal flow of value across initiatives.
  • •Define and maintain robust delivery processes, drive ongoing improvement initiatives, and implement best practices. Ensure adherence to Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done (DoD) and the effective use of project management tools such as Planview and JIRA.
  • •Manage suppliers effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • •5+ years of information technology and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams
  • •PMI-ACP certification is preferred
  • •Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization with global teams
  • •Experience with project delivery tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Confluence
