Branch Manager

Lead and manage a Key Bank branch by building, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver excellent client service. Own branch operations and compliance, execute the Branch Playbook to meet branch goals, and guide regulatory/security controls and timely operational task completion. Drive small-business growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition, including outside calling and development of centers of influence. Recruit, onboard, schedule, and performance-manage direct reports across area branches as needed.
