Support Live Commerce on the Beauty team by helping Account Managers and the Live SME improve beauty merchants’ livestream performance. You’ll track seller progress against live tier goals, assist with key livestream planning and on-day coordination, and analyze metrics like GMV, viewers, and conversion to produce simple reports. You’ll also help prepare live training materials, coordinate across teams, and monitor trends in beauty livestreaming and creator formats.

Key Responsibilities

•Track seller progress against live tier goals, maintain uplevel pipelines, and flag sellers on or off track.
•Support Key Livestreams (KLS) and Live Showcases with planning, scheduling, briefing, and on-the-day coordination.
•Pull and organise livestream metrics (GMV, viewers, conversion, engagement) and build simple reports with actionable insights.
•Prepare materials for 1:1 seller trainings and best-practice sessions, and capture learnings to build SOPs and playbooks.
•Coordinate with Account Managers, campaign, and operations teams to ensure beauty sellers are included in platform-wide live initiatives and promotions.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
•Available to start full-time immediately for at least a 3-month internship period.
•Genuine interest in beauty, e-commerce, social commerce, and the creator economy.
•Comfortable with numbers and performance analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
•Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple sellers, livestreams, and deadlines; strong communication with internal teams and external sellers.
