Lead the establishment and growth of a new industrial software R&D initiative in China. Build and mentor a high-performing local engineering team, set up the China R&D center (tools, infrastructure, compliance), and translate global product/technology strategies into local execution. Drive development of software components and features for the China market with focus on quality, scalability, and performance, while partnering across time zones and reporting KPIs, budgets, and progress to regional leadership.
