Ensure Sephora Collection product quality compliance across development, production, and commercialization. As part of the Quality Project Office, work within project teams to conduct risk assessments, define testing and control plans, monitor trials, and manage non-conformities through launch and post-launch issue follow-up. Support suppliers, track performance indicators, and apply ISO 22716 and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the product life cycle.
