Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with Sephora Collection quality requirements and applicable regulatory requirements across the full product lifecycle.
  • •Work with the project team and suppliers to guarantee product quality during launches.
  • •Participate in risk assessments; define action plans and specific testing protocols; establish and monitor control plans through approval.
  • •Lead control of bulk and finished products with suppliers and release batches by delegation from the Quality Department.
  • •Manage non-conformities (launch and ongoing range) and handle market feedback and customer complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in a scientific field or engineering school (or equivalent).
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a similar quality role in the cosmetics industry.
  • •Operational proficiency in English and Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716).
  • •Strong organizational skills, rigor, analytical mindset, negotiation skills, and ability to make proposals.
  • •Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
