Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of the financial services needs of sellers, the competitive landscape, best international practices, and economic aspects of each segment
•Lead the development of benchmarks and business cases, projection scenarios, business metrics and conclusions to define the pillars of the value proposition for sellers
•Coordinate the strategic plan development with Product and Business teams to ensure correct and timely execution
•Lead the process of testing, iterations and adjustments of the plan based on market learnings
•Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement of the plan

Key Requirements

•6 years of experience in business development, value proposition, or related roles
•Professional degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields
•Experience with data tools: SQL, Excel, Tableau and reporting
•Ability to develop benchmarks, business cases, scenario projections and business metrics
•Experience coordinating strategic plans with Product and Business teams to ensure timely execution
