Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional project controls and scheduling teams; set goals and ensure progress.
  • •Oversee schedules (pre-construction, baseline, updates) and project controls processes; manage change orders, claims, delay/productivity analyses, and dispute resolution support.
  • •Ensure compliance with companywide practices for budgets, scheduling, and reporting.
  • •Partner with Operations, Legal, and Finance on risks, claims, and recovery strategies.
  • •Support client interviews, Go/No-Go decisions, and bid strategies.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years in construction, including 7+ in project controls/scheduling.
  • •7+ years handling scheduling and productivity claims.
  • •Strong leadership and experience implementing companywide procedures.
  • •Proficiency in CPM scheduling, contracts, risk processes, and self-perform productivity.
