•Ensure all activities adhere to the One&Only Palm Quality Management System and brand standards.
•Oversee day-to-day operation of the In Room Dining desk in collaboration with the Room Service Manager.
•Attend departmental training sessions and F&B briefings as required.
•Participate in briefings/meetings and contribute to continuous service improvements.
•Assist in optimizing outlet utilization to maximize outlet revenue and guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment (F&B knowledge a must)
•Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to build strong relationships with high-profile and diverse clientele
•Strong customer-service orientation and team player attitude
•Familiarity with In Room Dining operations and quality management systems
