Key Responsibilities

  • •Minimize equipment downtime and ensure production meets target output and yield.
  • •Execute preventive maintenance and provide production line support.
  • •Provide first level troubleshooting and resolve production stoppages due to equipment issues.
  • •Document and report all line stoppages due to equipment or technical issues.
  • •Participate in line set-up activities and collaborate with engineers on continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of work experience in an automated line environment, ITC or Diploma in Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – minimum requirement
  • •Experience in servo motors and intelligent PCs is an added advantage
  • •Ability to distinguish between coloured wires, signals, indicators, or labels, which is required and critical for safe performance of duties
  • •Flexibility and initiative; ability to pre-empt problems and seize opportunities without waiting to be told
  • •Willing to work shifts and overtime; passion for solving and resolving issues
