Key Responsibilities

•Own the cross-sell funnel end to end, including metrics, diagnosing drop-offs, and driving improvements.
•Determine who gets offered what and when using customer data and eligibility signals; evaluate impact on conversion and value.
•Design and ship cross tests, then analyze results to decide what to scale or fix next.
•Make user journeys seamless by identifying bugs, tracking gaps/friction, and partnering with engineers to measure cleanly.
•Improve funded customers from the decline pool and measure/iterate using click rates, activation, drawdown, and value per visit.
