Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the PMC planning and scheduling function at site, setting standards and providing schedule expertise to project leadership.
  • •Develop and maintain the PMC Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing phases.
  • •Act as the PMC authority for EPC contractor schedule assurance: review baselines, validate logic and critical path, and challenge unrealistic forecasts.
  • •Manage critical path activities and provide early warning and reporting on schedule threats and recovery needs tied to major milestone drivers.
  • •Coordinate brownfield planning and SIMOPS/shutdown/tie-in schedules, integrating operational constraints and producing regular weekly and monthly schedule reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10–15 years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a Lead Planner, Senior Planner, or Planning Manager role.
  • •Experience on major industrial projects exceeding US$300 million.
  • •Understand planning and execution requirements for major industrial process facilities (e.g., rotary kilns/electric furnaces) and brownfield execution (SIMOPS, shutdowns, tie-ins).
