Job Summary

Develop and deliver command and control (C2) ground systems by performing software and hardware integration and test within an Agile Release Train. Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts, troubleshoot integration issues, and debug software and hardware to ensure performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional integration teams and customers to verify and validate complex systems in support of mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to develop and deliver advanced ground systems solutions for C2.
•Perform software and hardware integration and test activities within an Agile Release Train (ART).
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues found during system integration and testing.
•Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for verification and validation.
•Debug software and hardware issues to ensure system performance, reliability, and functionality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience with software integration and testing in an Agile CI/CD environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and test automation tools.
•Experience developing software in a relevant domain such as command and control ground systems or space-based ISR platforms.
•Hands-on integration and test engineering experience with troubleshooting and debugging software-based systems or products.
•Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Python and/or Perl; must have an active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
