Ground Support Operator

Support on-site flight validation of new drone platforms as part of a hands-on field testing team. Manage daily test readiness by handling batteries, preparing equipment, and coordinating on-site logistics, while operating ground systems safely and efficiently. Collaborate with flight test operators and cross-functional teams to collect data, document results, flag anomalies, and troubleshoot during testing. Remain flexible to shifting schedules and be open to about 20% travel.
