Run and optimize the local Market Operations hub by overseeing market launch, daily operations, logistics, and consumer branding. •Run the local Carvana hub, including market launch, operations, logistics, and consumer branding.

•Provide feedback, performance check-ins, goal setting, and recognition to improve performance and skills.
•Generate and monitor reports for upper management and address complex, sensitive customer-facing issues.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 80,000 annually
