Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on line of business–specific projects with Key Technology & Services that impact and benefit Key’s business and strategic pillars.
  • •Participate in the 10.5-week internship program with meaningful work, feedback, coaching, and engaging events.
  • •Complete structured learning labs featuring internal and external speakers on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development best practices.
  • •Collaborate with Key teammates across multiple levels and build a professional network.
  • •Develop practical skills through on-the-job training and tools such as Excel/PowerPoint and enterprise software and services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be enrolled in a three-years-toward-a-four-year undergraduate degree program with focused coursework in computer science, information systems, IT management, software engineering, web development, computer programming, network engineering, game design, or system administration, graduating May 2028 or December 2027.
  • •Outstanding academic achievement with a minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
  • •Bring solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • •Possess intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
