Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate state-level implementation of programme activities against approved workplans, timelines, targets, and quality standards.
  • •Manage user recruitment and activation with participating facilities, CHWs, communities, and partners, including onboarding and performance monitoring.
  • •Supervise CHWs and field personnel: assign targets, run check-ins, provide guidance, and validate field activity reports and documentation.
  • •Coordinate health facility onboarding and implementation, working with facility focal persons and supporting adoption of the programme’s digital tools.
  • •Track performance and data quality against indicators and milestones; prepare weekly/monthly reports; ensure compliance with safeguarding, ethics, and data-protection requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health, Health Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in public health programme implementation, community health, field operations, healthcare delivery, or a related area.
  • •Experience coordinating field-based health programmes and working with healthcare facilities, CHWs, government stakeholders, or community-based organisations.
  • •Experience supervising or coordinating field teams and managing implementation/performance targets.
  • •Strong reporting, documentation, data-quality, and basic analytical skills, with ability to interpret programme data; resident in Oyo state.
