Job Summary

Support the Dos Equis Pavilion sustainability program by assisting with on-boarding, training, and mid-/post-show waste sorting across recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials. Work show and non-show days on weekdays and weekends to help meet diversion goals. Help maintain clean sorting areas and support post-show cleanup while providing educational support to venue crew members and fans alongside the Venue Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
•Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
•Be available to work show days and non-show days on weekdays and weekends to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
•Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support to venue crew members and fans.
•Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pick-up; other tasks as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Participate in on-boarding and training as part of the Venue Sustainability Crew.
•Ability to spend about 90% of show-day time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs., with substantial time sorting materials.
•Not afraid to work around unpleasant odors and to get dirty during events.
•Ability to work outside in variable weather and to be available on both show days and non-show days (weekdays and weekends).
•Strong time management skills and a positive attitude; events/zero waste experience is a plus.
