Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in venue sustainability crew onboarding and training.
  • •Assist with mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Be available for show and non-show days on weekdays and weekends to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
  • •Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support for venue crew members and fans.
  • •Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pickup; other tasks as assigned as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to spend extensive time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs., primarily while sorting materials.
  • •Not afraid to work around unpleasant odors and get dirty.
  • •Ability to work outdoors in variable weather.
  • •Strong time management to arrive on time and work late hours.
  • •Experience in events/zero waste events is a plus.
