Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor live fleet alerts and incoming case queues, performing Level 1 diagnostic analysis on reported anomalies and resolving directly when possible.
  • •Own end-to-end case tracking, ensuring tickets are properly categorized, populated with accurate metadata, and managed through the full lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate service requests and dispatch workflows for service teams, providing clear handoffs and executing against operational SLAs.
  • •For complex faults beyond Level 1 scope, compile escalation packages with diagnostic context, logs, and system states for Tier 2/3 teams.
  • •Drive shift handovers and operational continuity by providing status reports and keeping stakeholders and customers informed during incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of professional experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, fleet monitoring, or technical operations.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical electro-mechanical discipline, with complex electro-mechanical systems strongly preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce or modern ticketing/CRM platforms such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • •Familiarity with or eagerness to learn basic Linux command-line tools and diagnostic interfaces.
  • •High school diploma or GED required; technical trade certification, associate’s degree, or higher preferred.
