Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and grow pre-training, evaluation, and metadata assets, shaping data strategy and expanding with new data sources.
  • •Maintain the short- and long-term data roadmap, manage extraction backlog, and coordinate dependencies.
  • •Collaborate with scientists to translate experimental insights into concrete data needs to improve model capabilities.
  • •Represent the team’s data needs, influence provider priorities, and ensure delivery in the required scope and form.
  • •Enable compliant data use in collaboration with Legal, Data Protection and Privacy, and Licensing; perform targeted data exploration and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a relevant field, with 5+ years of professional experience in data & AI environments.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional technical projects with data and ML deliverables and aligning stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of relational data, schemas, business entities, and data quality challenges in enterprise environments; SAP business data/semantic models are a plus.
  • •Solid understanding of data management technologies (including databases) plus working knowledge of SQL and Python; SAP technologies or knowledge graphs are a plus.
  • •Solid ML understanding, including interpreting experiments and exposure to model development; tabular ML is a plus.
