Key Responsibilities

  • •Own consolidated schedule performance and portfolio delivery across LV switchboard, MV switchgear, MV PDC, and skid integration programs.
  • •Manage and develop project managers, setting standards for schedule discipline, submittal management, change capture, cost accuracy, and customer communication.
  • •Serve as senior escalation for customers, leading change negotiation, recovery planning, and executive-level schedule impact management.
  • •Drive capacity and production planning with plant leadership to resolve throughput constraints across switchboard and switchgear assembly areas.
  • •Govern submittal performance metrics, lead schedule QA (logic checks, float analysis, baseline change control), and run PMO stage gates and post-mortems with executive dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years managing projects in the electrical equipment, construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing industry.
  • •3+ years leading project managers or technical professionals, with a track record of developing team members.
  • •Deep knowledge of low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution equipment and applicable listing/testing standards.
  • •Ability to interpret single-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts and provide buildability-focused feedback.
