Job Summary

Lead production hardware electrical engineering for airborne systems, overseeing design, testing, and integration of circuit card assemblies and RF/mixed-signal subsystems. Key Responsibilities

•Lead production hardware development across the product lifecycle, including design, testing, and integration of circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems
•Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to achieve concurrence and resolve issues during production and testing
•Provide technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking, and reporting, coordinating with cross-functional teams
•Drive root-cause investigations and issue resolution for hardware-related problems
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements and test automation strategies

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field and a minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience
•Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing
•Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers
•Experience with leading technical projects, failure investigations, or issue resolution efforts
