Job Summary

Own the day-to-day support and continuous improvement of the HighJump ONE (Infios/KӦRBER) warehouse management system used across HelloFresh facilities. Serve as super user and level-one support, manage system configuration and user security, facilitate end-user training and SOP support, coordinate testing and vendor/partner enhancements, and help troubleshoot WMS integrations. Produce reporting insights for improved operational visibility while maintaining related hardware deployment and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide level-one support as a super user for the HighJump ONE WMS across HelloFresh facilities, including troubleshooting technical/functional issues.
•Manage WMS system configuration and user menu profile/security setup based on operations roles and direction.
•Facilitate end-user training and assist with System Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
•Coordinate requirements definition, technical design, and testing for HelloFresh product enhancements with vendors or consulting partners.
•Support cross-functional initiatives by working with teams to troubleshoot WMS integrations and maintain deployment/support/service coordination for associated hardware devices, plus create reporting for operational visibility and performance.

Key Requirements

•Interest and aptitude to learn and support a WMS in an RF-based, automation-enabled e-com fulfillment environment (Infios/KӦRBER HighJump ONE experience is a plus).
•Intermediate to high proficiency in SQL and working in spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
•Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering (preferred, not required).
•Ability to adjust to alternate work hours, including weekends and occasional on-call support, to support a 24/7 warehouse and production operation.
•Willingness and ability to travel to different HelloFresh facilities as needed (20–30%).
