Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and drive technical design of major agentic-first subsystems across service architecture, data models, and agent/tool integrations.
  • •Lead multi-team initiatives from ambiguous problem statements through technical design, execution, rollout, and long-term operability.
  • •Define verification-first evals, harnesses, guardrails, and review rituals for long-running multi-agent development.
  • •Own non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, and security) with focus on software supply chain threats and SBOM accuracy.
  • •Partner with Product, Security Research, UX, and Support; lead deep design reviews and mentor Senior engineers to raise the quality bar.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software development, including leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across multiple teams or services.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and scaling multi-agent systems for long-running workflows (orchestrating planning, coding, testing, review).
  • •Define verification-first engineering practices: evals, test harnesses, observability, and review workflows that enable confident releases.
  • •Strong technical foundation in Java and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) plus large-scale distributed systems and production operability.
  • •Working knowledge of software supply chain security and software supply chain tooling, including SBOM formats, SCA, provenance, signing, and vulnerability analysis.
