Job Summary

Build, scale, and optimize Deliveroo’s physical rider onboarding ecosystem for the UKI marketplace. Lead hub performance and onboarding footprint expansion, architect and execute a 12-month in-person onboarding plan, and partner cross-functionally to troubleshoot operational issues. Travel across the UKI to deliver face-to-face onboarding, manage rider supply constraints, and run tactical campaigns during peak trading.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize the format and workflow of physical Rider Onboarding Hubs to improve operational efficiency before, during, and after daily sessions.
•Design, operationalise, and expand physical onboarding spaces across the UKI using standardised systems.
•Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding, balancing expansion with time and cost efficiencies.
•Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support local operations within regional hubs.
•Manage rider supply constraints by targeting rider deficits and collaborating on demand forecasting models; lead seasonal supply campaigns for peak trading periods.

Key Requirements

•Proven operational experience in technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct experience working as a Deliveroo Rider.
•Demonstrated autonomy and resilience to work independently in the field and adapt to changing priorities.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, including empathetic listening, communication, and the ability to influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups.
•Valid UKI driving licence and access to your own vehicle, with flexibility to travel early and late.
•Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic.
