Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe, efficient, reliable operation of facilities by managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for equipment and infrastructure.
  • •Oversee facility projects and maintenance activities to support business continuity and operational excellence, including work order execution and reporting.
  • •Coordinate operational services across the site (security management, waste management, water and energy supply, cleaning services, landscaping, utilities maintenance, lighting, HVAC, and building conditions).
  • •Support EHS programs by ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Eaton standards, including contractor qualification/onboarding and contractor management performance monitoring.
  • •Support safety and security initiatives by implementing risk management requirements, conducting site/workstation risk assessments, and helping maintain building access control and CCTV systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, electronic, mechanical, or related engineering fields.
  • •Conversational English proficiency.
  • •1–3 years of experience in similar facilities/EHS roles.
  • •Basic knowledge of power generators, compressor water pumps, HVAC systems, IT network, electrical equipment, and fire suppression/detection systems.
  • •Knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards/regulations, purchasing and contractor management; experience with Lean Tools is preferred.
