Job Summary

Partner with ByteDance’s Internal Control team to identify enterprise risks and perform risk and root-cause analyses. Build and refine analysis tools, templates, and management reporting insights to improve policies, approvals, and the control environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive action plans, and stay current on best practices that strengthen global business operations and safeguard data center initiatives in APAC.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in company-wide initiatives to identify risks and perform risk analysis and root-cause analysis.
•Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes, approvals, and policies.
•Provide research, analysis, and management reporting insights based on effectiveness, efficiency, experience, and system feasibility.
•Work in cross-functional teams to conduct root-cause analysis and establish action plans to improve the control environment.
•Stay up to date with best practices and support the team’s continuous growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
•Exceptional English communication skills to support the APAC market.
•Strong professional ethics and a dedicated, results-oriented work attitude.
•3+ years of experience in audit, internal control, and compliance in the IDC field (preferred).
