Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive discovery workshops to uncover client pain points, map business processes, surface accounting requirements, and define the path forward.
  • •Design and document future-state solution architectures aligning Ripple Treasury capabilities with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead implementation of derivative and hedging solutions across FX and interest rate instruments, including workflow configuration and governance.
  • •Own hedge accounting and accounting/financial reporting modernization, including designation, effectiveness testing, documentation, and automation of journal entries and reconciliations.
  • •Serve as the escalation point during implementations, resolve blockers quickly, and deliver training to drive adoption while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.
