Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot problems and make economical, durable repairs.
  • •Dismantle devices using hoists and hand tools to remove defective parts.
  • •Maintain and repair heavy equipment, trucks, shop/non-mobile equipment on a company-wide basis.
  • •Service vehicles and equipment (oil changes, greasing, adding fluids, changing filters) and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
  • •Repair/replace parts, install functional and structural components, and weld broken parts as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •1-3 years of experience with diesel trucks and/or heavy equipment.
  • •Experience working on ready-mix trucks and in the building materials/construction industry preferred.
  • •Must own tools and be 18 years or older.
  • •Must have a current valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus) and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
