Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop contractual requirements for cost control and estimation, invoicing of payments and variations, and incorporate them into tender documents and agreements.
  • •Evaluate technical bids (PMC, FEED, EPC) for compliance and provide clarifications to bidders.
  • •Prepare and finalize portions of technical evaluation reports and contract documents after bulletins and clarifications during tender stage.
  • •Evaluate variation requests and contractor claims, analyzing cost submissions to produce counters estimates and recommendations for approval.
  • •Prepare AFE/AFOU for ongoing projects, coordinate with Project Control Managers to ensure adherence to project control procedures, and ensure correct cost account code charging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering in a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • •5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •ADNOC projects experience is mandatory.
  • •Experience working on offshore projects.
