Job Summary

Lead end-to-end process analysis and service delivery optimization for Client Experience workflows, using data and KPI reporting to drive scalable improvements. Partner with business, operations, technology, and Insights & Performance teams to translate workflow insights into operational performance gains and better customer outcomes. Own requirements, solution design, testing support, documentation, and cross-functional project execution, including vendor governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience through operating model improvements.
•Develop business requirements, implementation plans, testing support, and operational documentation for process, technology, and automation initiatives.
•Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to prioritize, implement, and monitor continuous improvement and service enhancements.
•Lead cross-functional projects and perform vendor performance, service level, and customer experience metric analysis to support governance reviews and action plans.
