Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform final assembly of electricity transformers using prescribed standard methods and procedures.
  • •Attach and install critical component parts and sub-assemblies to transformer tanks; anchor core/coil assemblies with precision and quality.
  • •Execute hand assembly, fitting, adjusting, and cover retrieval/assembly while maintaining consistent standards.
  • •Conduct temperature checks, install/inspect components, troubleshoot and repair leak checks, and perform fluid checks to ensure proper oil use.
  • •Operate vacuum systems and overhead cranes safely, rework nonconforming parts, meet production targets, and follow safety and 5S housekeeping practices.
