Support Credit Administration by managing analytical workflows and enhancing systems for the institution’s credit risk, credit, and data ecosystem. Use Python and advanced SQL (plus data transformation logic) to troubleshoot data issues, validate results, and build dashboards for concentration limits, KRIs, and related monitoring. Work with API and integrated data sources across multiple systems, collaborating with IT and Business Data Governance to deliver scalable, controlled processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Credit Portfolio leadership by creating or using database objects, reporting tools, and other approved technology, and proposing process improvements.
•Complete assigned data and reporting projects by acquiring new data sources, documenting transformations, writing load scripts, and testing.
•Build reporting dashboards and monitoring for concentration limits and KRIs/RCSA and related initiatives.
•Use technical expertise to manage pipelines of data, reporting, and process projects, identifying and elevating roadblocks within timelines.
•Participate in developing policies, procedures, methodologies, and training while collaborating cross-functionally with the Credit Administration group.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
•Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management or other commercial banking products.
•Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional logic) and banking applications.
•Intermediate to advanced Python and SQL experience to troubleshoot data, validate results, and understand data transformation logic.
