Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Credit Portfolio leadership by creating or using database objects, reporting tools, and other approved technology, and proposing process improvements.
  • •Complete assigned data and reporting projects by acquiring new data sources, documenting transformations, writing load scripts, and testing.
  • •Build reporting dashboards and monitoring for concentration limits and KRIs/RCSA and related initiatives.
  • •Use technical expertise to manage pipelines of data, reporting, and process projects, identifying and elevating roadblocks within timelines.
  • •Participate in developing policies, procedures, methodologies, and training while collaborating cross-functionally with the Credit Administration group.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of related experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
  • •Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and/or treasury management or other commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, conditional logic) and banking applications.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Python and SQL experience to troubleshoot data, validate results, and understand data transformation logic.
