Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop agents used by reps, sales management, and revenue operations.
  • •Define the write path back into the system of record, including permissions, validation, idempotency, audit, and human approval.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead or leading other tech leads on complex enterprise software projects.
  • •Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major CRM data model/platform (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot), including objects, sharing/permission models, history tables, and bulk/change-data APIs.
  • •Understanding of how reps and managers use CRM tools day to day, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and territory data gaps.
  • •Experience shipping production agents with tool use, permissioned writes, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • •Strong technical and people leadership, with high ownership in 0→1 environments and the ability to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate quickly.
