Job Summary

Provide upscale cocktail and bottle service to Foundation Room members, corporate executives, and VIP guests. Greet and recognize guests, take orders, suggest and up-sell beverages and menu items, and communicate drink orders to the bar using the point-of-sales system. Maintain service standards, sanitation, and safety while handling cash/credit card transactions and ensuring responsible alcohol service and ID checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Recognize Foundation Room members, Live Nation executives, and VIPs to enhance membership appreciation.
•Execute upscale dining and bottle service standards, including bottle and wine service and guest engagement.
•Suggest and upsell beverages and menu items; take orders and communicate drink orders to the bar via point-of-sales system.
•Deliver drinks and manage tables by maintaining cleanliness, removing dirty items, and maintaining line of sight/atmosphere control throughout shifts.
•Ensure responsible alcohol service: request valid IDs, identify intoxication, refuse further service appropriately, and process payments and comp/void checks per policy.

Key Requirements

•TABC Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
•Minimum 2 years experience serving in upscale dining and nightlife venues.
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service.
•Ability to handle multiple tables at one time efficiently with an upbeat, friendly attitude.
•High school diploma or equivalent and flexible schedule (able to work late hours).
