Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete PM schedule for facility equipment including building structure, AC/heating systems, cooling tower/chillers, conveyor/rail systems, and outside grounds/parking lot.
  • •Maintain PM record database as required by the ISO system, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • •Monitor and complete all work orders in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain facilities to help the plant meet operational budgets and requirements.
  • •Perform physical and safety-critical maintenance work in an industrial environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete PM schedule for facilities equipment such as building structure, AC/heating systems, cooling tower/chillers, conveyors/rail systems, and outside grounds and parking lot.

  • •Monitor and complete all work orders in a timely manner.
  • •One-year college/university certificate or 3–6 months related experience/training (or equivalent).
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; perform basic math.
