Drive sales and marketing of Truist mortgage loan products within bank policies, while referring mortgage clients to other bank services. Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to achieve production goals, provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist product benefits, and consistently follow the mortgage referral process. Support mortgage loan fulfillment by assisting with document follow-up during quality control and post-closing review.

•Maintain knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Comply with Truist policies and procedures and state/federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Execute Truist’s referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up for quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
