Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project is completed efficiently, on time, and to the right quality standards.
  • •Support establishing project governance, processes, and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Ensure key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained.
  • •Interface with multiple stakeholders, build relationships with clients and teams, and help the flow of project information across stakeholders.
  • •Attend meetings, update issues/actions logs, develop detailed project plans, support status follow-ups, contribute to monthly reporting, and assist with proposals for new projects or variations.

Salary: USD 67,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Assist in project controls or administration with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience working in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry (preferred).
  • •Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite products, especially Excel; a problem-solving mindset.
