Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the multi-year vision and unified strategy for the Visa Developer Platform user experiences across onboarding, configuration, testing, monitoring, and support.
  • •Own the client onboarding journey (registration, product enrollment, project setup, credential access, and implementation readiness) and simplify workflows to reduce onboarding friction.
  • •Lead UX and design strategy including user research, journey mapping, experience measurement, and modernization of information architecture, navigation, and UI patterns.
  • •Define how AI, agents, and developer copilots will transform client and developer journeys, including onboarding, troubleshooting, documentation discovery, and support.
  • •Own roadmap prioritization, investment planning, KPIs, and cross-functional delivery to improve metrics such as Developer NPS, time-to-first API call, time-to-production, and adoption of APIs/services.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 10 years with an Advanced degree, or a minimum of 5 years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years of product management, platform, or digital experience leadership.
  • •5+ years leading global product teams.
  • •Experience managing client-facing or developer-facing digital platforms, including developer portals, API products, and onboarding platforms.
  • •Strong understanding of API ecosystems and deep expertise in user experience, customer journey design, and digital product management.
