Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful project delivery by leading engineering teams, managing technical scope, controlling quality/cost/schedule, mitigating risks, and coordinating stakeholders.
  • •Oversee multidisciplinary engineering inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers and workshare/high value engineering centers.
  • •Prepare and check discipline design instructions, engineering manpower plans, and multidiscipline contract requisition scopes; develop work plans and key milestones.
  • •Drive HSE, Quality & Assurance: check compliance with the project quality system, audit projects, ensure HSES reviews, manage procedures, and assure quality before customer issue.
  • •Lead design verification and change management, resolve escalated delays/changes with recovery plans, and manage schedule development and recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Typically 15 years’ experience in a project delivery environment.
  • •Experience delivering mega EPC/EPCm projects.
  • •Deep understanding of technical work scopes and commercial aspects, including change management using conditions of contract.
  • •Able to lead a project engineering team and manage interfaces across engineering discipline groups.
