Job Summary

Support operations for Spark Programs by managing contracts and document workflows end-to-end, maintaining an electronic and physical archive, and enforcing contract terms and deadlines. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and monitor contracts, coordinate with project coordinators, and enforce contract terms including deadlines, reporting, and required document sets.
•Build and run an internal archive (electronic and physical) and maintain the register of contracts and other Foundation records.
•Support accounting and audits by collecting source documents, assisting with reporting cycles, preparing counterparty payment document packages, and running fixed-asset inventory.
•Handle end-to-end counterparty operations, including contract execution and inbound/outbound correspondence, document and equipment registration, storage, and dispatch.
•Manage administrative processes and data governance, support event organization, and help systematize processes within the inVision U structure.
