Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and translate building and process blueprints and one-line diagrams to install electrical equipment and circuits.
  • •Test electrical connections and ensure components operate safely and properly.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and controls issues in industrial equipment and processes using proper instruments.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, calibration) and execute maintenance upgrades for electronic control systems.
  • •Maintain motor control centers, switchgear, transformers, generators, and electronic controllers, and update CMMS with accurate asset history.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience focused on controls and electronics maintenance.
  • •Proficiency with controls equipment including Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and Industrial Networks.
  • •Basic PLC knowledge and ability to use PLC software on a computer.
  • •Ability to execute controls projects using equipment such as SLC 500, ControlLogix, PanelView Plus, and Allen Bradley VFDs.
  • •Ability to read and interpret schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical orders; calculate electrical circuit load requirements.
