Area Sales Manager

Lead and develop multiple retail stores across an assigned territory, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and alignment with brand standards. Own annual performance planning, budgets, targets, and store action plans to improve sales and KPIs. Manage and inspire shop managers and teams (10–12), coach on the shop floor, support onboarding, and influence people KPIs. Act as a brand ambassador and deliver consistent customer experiences through regular field visits and reporting.
