Job Summary

Lead electrical, instrumentation, and control (EI&C) maintenance and reliability activities for the XinYu site. Ensure safety rules are followed, maintenance processes are executed end-to-end (notification through feedback), and long-term reliability strategies are developed and sustained. Coach maintenance staff, monitor maintenance KPIs and early performance indicators, and collaborate across maintenance functions to achieve site targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure safety rules are applied, maintenance personnel use safe working practices, and safety programs and behaviors are promoted within assigned scope.
•Follow maintenance and reliability processes across the full cycle: notification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, feedback, and reliability.
•Coach maintenance staff to hold them accountable for delivery of results and support mutually agreed development needs.
•Develop and sustain long-term reliability strategies and processes aligned with unit/plant requirements.
•Monitor maintenance accomplishments and performance-to-plan, report trends with early performance indicators, and track maintenance metrics and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (EI&C related disciplines is required; minimized degree is a college degree).
•Minimum 10 years of E&I, equipment, or maintenance experience in mining, special chemicals, petro chemicals, new energy, or materials manufacturing.
•Proficiency with electric/instrument equipment, including SIS application and SACI system management (fabrication and troubleshooting).
•Skilled with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
•Skillful in AutoCAD and other electrical related drawing/design software.
