Key Responsibilities

  • •Earn Customer Trust: You'll be Distyl's primary relationship owner — credible with end-users, compelling with C-suite stakeholders, and trusted by both.
  • •Own Engagements End-to-End: Understand customer's workflows, identify where AI can help, scope meaningful projects, and lead your team to deliver with adoption and measurable impact.
  • •Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Direct engineers and researchers to move fast while staying focused on outcomes.
  • •Navigate Enterprise Data: Find signal in messy data, understand constraints, and design for reliability.
  • •Drive User Adoption: Ensure the system is used and trusted within client workflows, iterating based on feedback and measured impact.
