Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop plans for customer activities with appropriate supervision.
  • •Execute event logistics including badging, parking passes, transportation, rental cars, hotels, catering, and tours.
  • •Prepare domestic and international shipments and support logistics for meetings, customer events, and deliveries (on-site or off-site).
  • •Complete administrative tasks such as accurate and timely invoice submission and compare estimates vs. actuals to identify anomalies.
  • •Assist with coverage for Customer Relations Specialists and help coordinate relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.

Key Requirements
